Hi! I’m Shelby –
the face behind Southpaw Studio! What started as a simple love for painting has turned into a passion turning ordinary celebrations into unforgettable ones. I truly believe there’s no such thing as “too colorful,” and I’ve built my entire business around that idea. These days, I paint just about anything — banners, plexiglass signs, mirrors, wood signs, and pretty much any custom idea you throw my way. Birthdays, baby showers, quinceañeras, weddings, front doors, classrooms — if it’s worth celebrating (or worth decorating), I want to be part of it.
I’m a proud southpaw, which is where the name Southpaw Studio comes from — a little nod to doing things my own way, left hand and all.
When I’m not covered in paint, you can probably find me spending time with my husband Mason, taking care of my indoor plant collection, or playing with our pups!
